I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Sophie and Riley at their gorgeous Glen Ellen wedding a couple years ago. So when Sophie emailed me that they were expecting their first baby I was so excited to get to plan their maternity session.

Sophie picked out the most amazing, romantic and beautiful wardrobe. I loved every single detail. Even to the tiny pop of color on her necklace.

So. It’s no secret that so many guys are just not as into being in front of the camera as their beautiful wives, fiancés, etc. But Riley just seemed so at ease and seriously in love with his glowing wife.

I absolutely would not have changed a single thing about this shoot. Without a doubt one of my favorites of this year.
